wow. super delayed post - been busy destashing
! Since I sit at the computer all day, I figure I might as well try and get a workout out of it all =D Must balance out all those cookies I've been making and eating lately - oh and the Popeyes last night for dinner...whoever invented that is an evil genius! Anyway, I think it really has helped me though oftentimes I find myself standing in front of the computer now instead of sitting, but hey standing burns a few more calories too no? ;)
